Our concourse during X-TREME FX Bowling. Everything glows: The tables, floor, shoes, bowling balls - AND the lanes even have special patterns that appear when we turn on the blacklights! Mountain Run Bowling Center is more than a "bowling alley". It is a family-owned family entertainment center offering smoke-free fun for everyone, seven days a week.
A quality entertainment destination for all ages, Mountain Run features 18 lanes of bowling; dining; a ticket-redemption arcade; private party rooms; billiards; and a LAN video gaming center.
We purchased all new state-of-the-art equipment from QubicaAMF to accommodate your bowling needs, and to make bowling as fun as it can possibly be. All of our eighteen lanes have automatic, programmable bumpers to keep your ball on the lane - - they will spring up for whoever needs them, and go back down for those on your lane who do not need them. This way, everyone can bowl on the same lane! We also feature automatic, animated scoring for your convenience and enjoyment. Ball ramps are available for smaller children or to accommodate patrons in wheelchairs; so everyone can have an enjoyable bowling experience. Enjoy bowling on a league; have a party; or just bowl for fun!
Also, on Saturdays from 10 p.m.-midnight, be sure to drop in for X-TREME FX bowling to experience the game in a whole new light. It's not your typical "cosmic bowling" experience! EVERYTHING glows under the blacklights -- the floor; carpet; tables; ball return hoods; bowling balls; the shoes; AND our lanes glow too with patterns that glow under blacklight conditions, but are transparent under regular lighting.
Step into our pro shop and order that new bowling ball. Our resident pro, Rich Wolfe, can give you information on the latest equipment available. We stock many different bowling balls, shoes and accessorties; and if we don't have something you need in stock, we can order it for you and usually will arrive within a couple weeks if not sooner. We have the latest Jayhawk drilling equipment on site, as well as a ball resurfacing machine to keep your equipment clean and polished. (See Pro Shop page for picture/details).
You don't have to bowl to have a good time -- feel free to come to Mountain Run to investigate the varied menu selections in our spacious snack bar. Food is made to order - not sitting around getting cold or soggy! Shoot some pool with friends in our billiards room (over 21 unless with parent/legal guardian) Have some fun playing a game in our ticket redemption arcade; OR in the BACK ALLEY GAMING lounge, which provides a high-speed FiOs connection for internet gaming, allowing you to play against others in the center or online! Mountain Run truly has something for everyone to enjoy! Our private party rooms may be booked for your special celebration - see our PARTIES page for details. We also handle group and corporate events -- please call Darien, our group coordinator (weekdays between 9am & 3pm), to schedule these events. A deposit and two weeks notice are usually required - especially during fall/winter months.
Does your bowling ball need some attention?
Try our self-service STORM SURFACE FACTORY for polishing/cleaning and/or resurfacing. It can restore your ball to like-new condition! Please remember - leaving your bowling ball in the car can result in cracks due to temperature extremes. Protect your expensive equipment by renting a locker -- still only $50 per year ($30/six months).

Please note: we do not accept checks; however,(in addition to cash) Visa & Mastercard are accepted. We have an ATM on site for your convenience as well. Also, we do require that a parent or guardian be present at all times with children under age 16. |
